The best probiotic for kids?

Not all probiotics are created equal, and when it comes to your kids you might want to use this special type of bacteria because its been shown to work better than the rest.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) is one of the best studies probiotic bacteria around, especially for kids where its been used to improve digestive health and immunity.

A number of studies in some 1800 children have found that as far as the immunity goes, LGG is very useful and has the potential to reduce the incidence of acute middle ear infections, upper respiratory infections and reduce the need for antibiotics.
