Vitamin C, colds and asthma

Colds can make asthma symptoms worse, but quickly dosing up on time trusted use vitamin C at the first sign of a cold could change that.

Loading up on vitamin C has potential to prevent so called common cold-induced asthma. Its not uncommon for people with asthma to get worse symptoms when they get sick and cold busting vitamin C might help.

A number of studies have shown promise with one finding that vitamin C decreased asthma attacks by 78%!

A world expert on vitamin C, Harri Hemilä at the University of Helsinki, says people should try vitamin C to see if it helps. Studies used 1000-5000 mg of vitamin C daily.
