Want to return something? No problem, simply follow the steps below
Non Faulty Products (meaning you changed your mind)
1. Email us at email@example.com and use the subject line "I want to return something"
2. Please include your order number in the email ( starting with LL..... )
3. We will tell you the UK address to which you can post your returned item to - the cost of this will depend on the size of the product but should usually not be more than £3
4. In a couple of business days after we receive your return, depending on your and our bank (you know how slow banks sometimes work), you will have your money back in your account
Note: Returned items need to be in a resellable condition (products must be unopened)
Faulty Products (meaning we did something wrong)
At Lifestyle Labs we always aim to provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. In the unlikely case that we mess up (you receive a damaged or incorrect product) you can of course return or exchange your item for free (we will refund you your postage fee for sending the products back to us) by following the same steps as above.
