What is Nutrition for Everyday Living?

Good nutrition is the key to vibrant health, but with today’s fast paced society, processed foods and compromised food supply, maintaining a healthy balanced diet can be a confusing and overwhelming challenge.

This course aims to make healthy eating and healthy living achievable. It provides useful and practical knowledge of nutrition and aims to educate about truly healthy food choices and how to use food as medicine to help prevent disease.

The course is perfect for those with an interest in nutrition and healthy eating who want to take their understanding to the next level. Also for those who are considering a change of career into nutrition and want to explore whether it’s for them.

After the course you will be able to be confident that the food choices you are making are healthy and have a far deeper understanding of how specific foods are affecting your body and mind enabling you to eat and drink in a way that supports your optimal health and vitality.

Study Programme

Our Nutrition for Everyday Living short course runs as both a 12-week, Tuesday-evening course, a 2-weekend course, or a 4 week, Friday weekday course.


Tuesday evenings (12 sessions) – 6.30pm – 8.30pm

*There is an option to join at the start of any module. Course fee includes all 3 modules. If starting late, students do other modules with next scheduled intake.
