What is a subscription and how does it work?

We have designed our subscription service to make it easy and simple for you to get your regular Vitamins delivered to your doorstep reliably every time you need them.

You have full flexibility to cancel, postpone or change your subscription any time you want using the self service link in the menu. Furthermore, you can buy subscription and non subscription (one-off purchases at the same time using the same basket).

The subscription works around you and you can choose after how many weeks or months you receive your products and not all of them need to be on the same cycle! For example you could have product A delivered every 4 week and product B every 6 weeks...

Please Note:

Subscriptions currently cant be paid for using PayPal (we are working on this) and you can't use any discounts on top of your subscription discount.

Ordering a subscription locks in the price you are ordering at until either you or we cancel the subscription. This means that you are protected against price rises but may not benefit from price decreases unless you let us know via email.
